We Are Monkeys Uncle

our mission is to have as much fun as we can have.

Monkey’s Uncle have been together as a band for around 12 years playing for fun at open mic’s, local gigs in the Bournemouth area and posting videos online.

If you ask us what type of music, we play we’d probably say soft rock, easy listening, with a folky vibe but we don’t really know. We write what we write, love playing what we play and never really got our head round assigning a label so take a listen and decide for yourself where we fit.

Oh, and if you work it out please let us know as people like to know that kind of thing.  

For us it’s all about having fun playing our music and writing songs and we hope you like what you hear.
